ninety minutes to unwind, reconnect, and rest in your own presence - a quiet space to just be.

an evening of gentle guidance and stillness, including:
/ a heart-opening meditation to settle the body and soften the edges of the day
/ a mindfulness practice focused on reflection, redirection and renewal - a chance to notice where your attention has been, and where you’d like it to rest
